4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

PartnSpares Auto reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
In case of cancellation by us, any payment received will be refunded as per applicable policy.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Returns & Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted strictly as per our Return & Replacement Policy.
Products that are installed, used, or damaged due to incorrect installation are not eligible for return or replacement.
Installation or labour charges are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

Warranty, if applicable, is limited to manufacturing defects only.
Physical damage, wear and tear, electrical damage, or incorrect installation are not covered under warranty.
